https://homenetwork.tv HomeNetwork.TV Member Terms of Use and Content Responsibility <br>HomeNetwork.TV is a private, invite-based Member-Directed Communication Service that supplies account tools for member-controlled storage, sharing, communication, streaming, and display, with all content and lawful-use responsibility remaining with the member using the account. <br> <br>HomeNetwork.TV provides a member-directed service environment and associated communication, storage, transmission, and display tools. Content made available through a member account is made available solely at the direction of the member controlling that account. HomeNetwork.TV does not create member content, does not assume authorship of member content, and does not operate the service as an editorial publication that selects, ranks, recommends, or algorithmically distributes one member’s content in preference to another. Visibility, posting, sharing, streaming, and public-facing use of content occur through the member’s own account choices and actions. <br> <br>HomeNetwork.TV is operated as a private, invite-based membership environment. Admission to membership does not alter the member’s independent responsibility for the member’s own conduct, content, access, communications, or legal compliance. Each member acts on the member’s own behalf and not as an agent, employee, representative, or spokesperson of HomeNetwork.TV when using account tools to store, transmit, display, publish, stream, link, or otherwise make material available. <br> <br>The service provides members with a common toolset for account-based communication and display. HomeNetwork.TV’s provision of those tools does not transfer ownership, authorship, legal responsibility, or compliance responsibility for member content or member activity to HomeNetwork.TV. Each member bears sole responsibility for the use of the tools furnished through that member’s account. <br> <br>By joining, accessing, or using the service, each member represents, warrants, and agrees that the member is solely responsible for determining whether access to or use of the service is lawful in the jurisdiction from which the member connects, views, posts, streams, shares, or otherwise uses the service. If access to the service, or to any feature, content category, communication area, stream, display function, or account activity, is unlawful in the member’s location, the member shall not access or use that portion of the service. Any use of the service in violation of applicable law is unauthorized and prohibited. <br> <br>Each member is solely responsible for all content, data, media, streams, messages, links, files, displays, and communications stored in, transmitted through, or made available from that member’s account, whether kept private, shared with other members, or exposed to the public. Each member is solely responsible for the legality, ownership, permissions, age-appropriateness, distribution, and public availability of such material. For purposes of responsibility, content made available from a member account shall be treated as content made available by that member. <br> <br>Members may not use the service to store, transmit, display, stream, share, link, or otherwise make available any material that exceeds the service’s permitted content standard, which standard excludes content equivalent to or more explicit than an R-rated standard. Prohibited material includes, without limitation, pornographic content, explicit sexual content, graphic nudity, graphic sexual conduct, fetish content, graphic or gratuitous violence, extreme gore, and material harmful to minors. <br> <br>Each member is solely responsible for the truth, accuracy, and legality of the information submitted in connection with the member’s account and use of the service. A member may not provide false, misleading, altered, or incomplete information in order to obtain access, bypass restrictions, evade location-based limitations, or engage in unlawful use. Any consequences arising from false information, altered information, account misuse, circumvention, unauthorized use, or unlawful access shall remain the responsibility of the member engaging in such conduct. <br> <br>A member using HomeNetwork.TV account tools to make material available to others accepts responsibility for that material and activity to the same extent as if the member were operating that page, channel, or account presence independently. HomeNetwork.TV provides the service environment and tools; the member remains responsible for what the member does with them. <br> <br>No member may use the service for unlawful activity, unlawful content distribution, unlawful public display, infringement, harmful-to-minors material, explicit sexual content, graphic violence, threats, harassment, fraud, deception, circumvention of legal restrictions, or any use prohibited by applicable law in the place from which the member acts or in any place where the member causes content to be made available. <br> <br>HomeNetwork.TV reserves the right, in its sole judgment, to suspend, restrict, deny, remove, disable, or terminate access to any account, content, feature, stream, communication area, or use of the service that may expose the service or its members to legal risk, violate these Terms, exceed permitted content standards, interfere with the private, invite-based nature of the service, or otherwise threaten the safety, integrity, or lawful operation of the platform. <br> <br>Use of HomeNetwork.TV constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
