HomeNetwork.TV has updated its Member Terms of Use and Content Responsibility Policy.
HomeNetwork.TV operates as a private, invite-based, member-directed service. Members are solely responsible for the content, communications, streams, postings, and public display made available through their own accounts, and for complying with all laws applicable to their location and use of the service.
The updated policy also clarifies that content exceeding the platform’s permitted content standard, including material equivalent to or more explicit than an R-rated standard, is not allowed.
By continuing to access or use HomeNetwork.TV, you acknowledge and accept the updated policy.
Terms of use
HomeNetwork.tv operates under "Common Carrier" Rules and regulations. HomeNetwork.tv excepts no liability for content posted. As a common carrier or as a community party line, HomeNetwork.tv reserves the right to remove anything that exceeds the limitations of "R" rated content. PORNOGRAPHY IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Content providers are responsible for any and all liability and legal responsibility. DO NOT CONTACT HomeNetwork.tv for inquiries concerning liability of any content posted by Channel Owners. You must contact them directly. For normal access as a common Television provider there is no charge, however if a user wishes to post, there is a $19.99 a month fee to provide for the expenses of hosting and bandwidth involved. HomeNetwork.tv reserves the right to cancel, void, change this agreement, trespass users temporarily or permanently at HomeNetwork.tv's own discretion. Users of this site also agree not to hold HomeNetwork.tv responsible for loss or damages of any type or mannor or to take any type of legal actions against the determination's of the staff of Homenetwork.tv users agree and will not be disputable in a court of law.
