You'll see in depth on how to navigate the Ubiquiti website to get the software you need, how to install it and open it up on your Mac or PC. This video will also show you how to use the Ubiquiti UniFi software and you will learn how to setup your own AP device from start to finish. I will be going in depth on how to do an UPLINK from one ubiquiti device to the other and how to only have one device hardwired to your existing router while the UAP-AC-M operates completely wireless around your property. Hello everyone!

Delegation is SO important and can be confusing. I found when I was studying through nursing school and for the NCLEX, I had to gather information from so many sources because I found each source lacked information/I wasn't answering delegation questions correctly even though I felt like I was studying the material.

Make sure:
Right task
Right circumstance
Right person
Right direction/communication
Right supervision/evaluation

Something I forgot to mention in the video was UAP's can apply sequential compression devices (I see this question a lot).

Remember, TAPE for RN's:
Teaching
Assessment
Planning
Evaluation

RN's can also:
Administer blood products
Push IV meds

If patient is unstable, do not delegate to UAP (1 day post-op, acute distress, etc.)!!!
