HomeNetwork.TV has updated its Member Terms of Use and Content Responsibility Policy.
HomeNetwork.TV operates as a private, invite-based, member-directed service. Members are solely responsible for the content, communications, streams, postings, and public display made available through their own accounts, and for complying with all laws applicable to their location and use of the service.
The updated policy also clarifies that content exceeding the platform’s permitted content standard, including material equivalent to or more explicit than an R-rated standard, is not allowed.
By continuing to access or use HomeNetwork.TV, you acknowledge and accept the updated policy.
Record snow in the Sierra closes roads, ski resorts
Experts say it's the snowiest December on record in the Sierra. Crews are working around the clock to get state routes and highways reopened. Some ski resorts are closed as a result. KTVU's Tom Vacar reports on the effect all the snow is having on the severe drought.
