TT Brown Electrokinetic Apparatus- BAGGED FLYING SAUCERS STILL HAVE PROPULSION-REVERSE!

TT Brown Electrokinetic Apparatus (US Patent # 2,949,550, issued Aug.16,1960), I built and first operated this TT Brown-rig in 1999, and here it is flying with and without being sealed in plastic bags. Power dispersal from saucers plays havoc with the video, computers, and ionises EVERYTHING, even human-bodies, in a 60-foot radius from Electrokinetic Apparatus. When power supply is activated without being attacthed to the saucers (design by professor John RR Searl of Great Britain) the ionising field does not propagate more than a meter, in all directions. In vacuum tests in 1955 with this apparatus, demonstrated in Hawaii by TT Brown, the saucers developed so much speed, the apparatus threatened to fly apart.
