HomeNetwork.TV operates as a private, invite-based, member-directed service. Members are solely responsible for the content, communications, streams, postings, and public display made available through their own accounts, and for complying with all laws applicable to their location and use of the service.


The updated policy also clarifies that content exceeding the platform’s permitted content standard, including material equivalent to or more explicit than an R-rated standard, is not allowed.

This film describes fluoridation research, the benefits of adding fluoride to community water supplies, and various types of fluoride and methods of adding it. Grand Rapids, Michigan is presented as the earliest test case of public water fluoridation, and decreases in the incidence of tooth decay in that city are illustrated with bar charts and statistics.
